Father, our hearts are stirred as we contemplate the extent of Your love in sending Jesus to die for our sins. As He wept over Jerusalem we see His tender humanity in relation to our sin downside. How grateful we’re that Jesus yielded Himself totally for use as a sin sacrifice, as soon as for all, not only for Jerusalem however for peoples of each tribe and language; for all generations previous to His sacrificial loss of life and for all who comply with. We thank You, God, that You made Jesus who had no sin to be sin for us, in order that in Him we’d turn out to be the righteousness that You require in order that we’d have forgiveness of sins and turn out to be joint heirs with Jesus.
