March 21 – A Assortment of Prayers

God of sunshine, Father of life, giver of knowledge, benefactor of our souls, in your Phrase you give those that belief in you issues the angels lengthy to look into. Sovereign Lord, you introduced us from the depths of darkness to gentle. You could have given us life out of dying. You could have graciously led us to freedom from slavery, and you’ve got scattered the darkness of sin inside us. Enlighten our eyes to know your will, and sanctify us fully in spirit, soul, and physique. Amen.

Liturgy of St. Mark (175–254?). Revised from Prayers Historic and Fashionable.

Lord, give us all grace and power to beat each sin. Sins of aggression, function, shock, negligence, omission, sins towards you, ourselves, our neighbors, sins nice, small, remembered, forgotten. Amen.
